Good designers get offers every week in their inboxes, so they never browse job boards. A mailing list is a more direct and more effective way to reach them, and it's also faster to read for the designer.
Not everybody will get in. Only apply if you’ve got 3-4 years of solid design experience behind you. If you're in The List, clients should be able to trust that you'll do great work.
